That kind of baolingche service (包灵车) overbooks like crazy; perhaps 16 hours isn’t as good as another provider’s 4 hours.

A hearse has arrived, and you can’t buy it for 50; even a hearse wouldn’t be priced like this. This configuration on their site is at least 111. It requires real-name verification, so it can’t be used as a VPN. The stability is okay; in Hong Kong I haven’t had a dropped connection, and in the US the connections occasionally drop. Now their service is unstable; you’ll have to judge for yourself.

I’ve been looking at Huti Cloud’s servers lately (thinking of getting one), and they feel unreliable—it’s unlikely they’d be suitable for long-term, stable use

It’s the old trick of profit-taking in the market. Going forward, they make money by swapping you to a lower-spec, full-price machine or by selling hard drives. You end up actually spending money to buy Lingche (灵车), and you have to constantly worry about problems (you can lie, but taking money isn’t OK
Moreover, the service quality is indeed hard to keep up; there are discussions about it on related forums, you can search for them.)
That ‘Lingche’ machine keeps shutting down every two to three days. Hermes runs on it too, and it can suddenly go haywire and fail to connect to the server. It didn’t happen at first. Now it happens every few days.

At around this price, the 16-16 model can only be used for three years with no renewal option. There are quite a few reviews for the Nintendo Switch; you can take a look.
