I need rock-solid stability; I don’t want to get disconnected.
I often watch 4K movies as well and need to download files. My home bandwidth is 2000 Mbps, and I want it to run at full speed as much as possible.
Budget under $80 per month. I’ve used Gomami’s HK and Dmit’s West US.
But lately I’ve been getting hit a lot, so please recommend a stable VPS.

It’s either a dedicated line or SD-WAN; yours is already top-of-the-line. Or maybe take a look at three major overseas vendors.

Hong Kong users often have a poor experience; either you use Dog Mom’s Japan, or Bandwagon’s Japan CN2 GIA $89/moAFF

Dog mom Japan isn’t very easy to use right now either.
Will it max out at 2,000 MB?
Anyway, after using HK, it’s a bit uncomfortable.
